I have been reading a couple of books, “Crossing the Chasm” by Geoffrey A. Moore, and “Good to Great” by Jim Collins. Both excellent books. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking to start a business or for those who already run a business. My friend and mentor, Paul Edmondson, said that these were required reading once I told him we planned to start an internet business. It is no wonder his businesses have produced such excellent results.
